It seems that stuntman Chuck Hayward was all over the place in director Henry Hathaway's, "True Grit" (1969) starring John Wayne.
Below: First, we see Chuck playing a saloon patron. He's sitting at the table, turning to look at
actor Jeff Corey. Also in the shot are stuntmen Dean Smith (standing, far right), and Boyd "Red" Morgan (sitting, far right).
Next, we see Chuck (in blue shirt) playing a deputy as John Wayne tells the other prisoners to move along.
Now, Chuck (second from left) is playing a Ferry boat captain.
Then, Chuck (far right) is playing one of the outlaws in Robert Duvall's gang.
In this shot when Ned Pepper's gang has a showdown with Rooster Cogburn, Chuck is riding just behind Robert Duvall.
but, in the next shot of the gang, another actor is in Chuck's place.
